ST. LOUIS, Feb. 14, 2012 - Thomas R. Voss, chairman, president and CEO of Ameren Corp. (NYSE:AEE), will join Martin J. Lyons, senior vice president and CFO of Ameren Corp., to discuss 2011 earnings, 2012 guidance and other matters related to the company in a conference call with financial analysts on Thursday, Feb. 23, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).
