ST. LOUIS, July 26, 2012 - Thomas R. Voss, chairman, president and CEO of Ameren Corp. (NYSE:AEE), will join Martin J. Lyons, senior vice president and CFO of Ameren Corp., to discuss second quarter 2012 earnings and other matters related to the company in a conference call with financial analysts on Thursday, Aug. 2, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).
 
The call will be broadcast live over the Internet at Ameren.com. Supporting materials for the call will be posted in the Investors/Webcasts and Presentations area of Ameren's website. A replay of the webcast will be available for one year beginning approximately one hour after the close of the call.
